If I remember correctly, there were many skeptics on this board who were getting negative votes in the previous months. It's funny how now everyone knew it wouldn't work. Anyway, if you have the internet connection to make this work, it's likely you can afford a real console.

I have bioshock 1 on the PC and it's light years better visually than the PS3 demo I played. I really hope the graphics are improved, because I'm probably getting the PS3 version.

You can't blame them. If you work in the design industry, you learn that 'Americans' prefer floating heads of the main cast on the box art. This is no different than DVD box covers. It's annoying, but that's how things are. Next time you go to Blockbuster look at the box art for the big movies, they're pretty much the same boring crap on each box.
I admit the graphics are good, and the gameplay from the demo is fun, but playing the chick is annoying and the music is even more annoying. That's enough to make me pass on this one.

You have to realize by now, a huge chunk of the 'stories' posted here aren't written by journalists with English degrees. There are quite a few illiterates roaming around.
Hmm no Starcraft, which is still played today a spectator sport, and no Half Life which also spawned popular mods like Counterstrike (which is on their list). But freaking Football Manager on the list?
I seriously sat and thought about this deal, as it looks like a good one. Assuming you get to choose the two games, I really can't think of anything I want that I can't get on my PS3 or PC. When I think of these games I think of Forza, Halo 3, Fable 2, GoW 2... all good games but not enough to make me run out and grab a 360.

there's was nothing all that 'exclusive' about the 360 to begin with, unless you count Halo 3 and Gears 2. I have a gaming PC and a PS3 and I definitely don't feel like I'm missing out at all. People gaming only on the 360 are the ones missing out.

I agree. I'm so glad I got the PS3 version. I was going to wait for graphics reasons, but the console version is beautiful.
